CBRE Global Investors acquired the Sevens shopping center in Düsseldorf from Signa. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. Located at Königsallee, the mall offers 19,627 sqm in 39 retail units as well as 294 parking spaces. Tenants include Saturn, Desigual, Giorgio Armani and Philipp Plein. Sevens was opened in October 2000 and refurbished in 2010/2011.
“We have acquired a flagship trophy asset in one of the top five German cities and in one of the luxury street micro locations,” said John Mulqueen, head of EMEA transactions at CBRE Global Investors.
