Miami Beach based Transamerican Development Corp. has acquired nearly two acres of vacant land in Ojus, an unincorporated neighborhood between North Miami Beach and Aventura, for $6.435 million. Located at 17990 West Dixie Highway in North Miami Beach, the purchase is split into three parcels. The seller, Aventura Village LLC, bought the property in 2003 for $1.65 million.
