UK real estate investment manager Valad Europe bought a shopping center in Glienicke near Berlin for €11.7m from a fund managed by Tameso. Galerie Sonnengarten was delivered in 2002 and offers 7,770 sqm of space on two floors and 223 parking spaces. The shopping center is 96 percent leased. Tenants include Norma, Fitness-Wellness-Gesundheit GmbH Vitadeum, Edeka and NKD. BNP Paribas Real Estate brokered the deal for Valad Europe.
