The NAI apollo group has added four German retail properties, totaling 15,000 sqm of space, to its management portfolio. Two retail centers are located in Augsburg and Ehingen, while two single-tenant buildings are located in Marktleuthen and Traitsching. The 6,400-sqm retail center in Augsburg includes tenants like Carglass, Rewe and Takko, while the one in Ehingen features retailers like Aldi, Aldi, Rewe and electronics specialist Expert. The two single-tenant properties, each offering 1,000 sqm of space, are leased to Netto Marken-Discount.
