Bog’Art was named general contractor for Veranda Mall, which will go up near Bucharest’s Piata Obor district. Completion is set for fall 2016.
The shopping center is being developed by Prodplast Imobiliare. The first phase of the project will offer 25,000 sqm of commercial space with a 15,000 sqm green area. Prodplast secured a €35m loan to finance the project.
