As part of a joint-venture agreement, TIAA-CREF has completed the acquisition of a 50-percent stake in Neinver’s outlet center in Barcelona. The first phase of Viladecans The Style Outlets is going up close to El Prat International Airport. The project will offer 19,800 sqm in 100 retail units. Completion is set for 2016. The center will be managed by TH Real Estate, which has a portfolio of nine shopping centers across the Iberian peninsula worth €1bn.
