The recently opened City Arena in Trnava will be followed by another shopping center to come online in the city. City Park will replace a former agricultural research facility to the northwest of Trnava and offer 21 units on 10,000 sqm, with a parking lot for 303 vehicles planned. The developer, TM Real, plans to build the retail park on a three hectare plot between Trstínska, Ružidolska and Suchovska streets. The tenant mix will include retailers selling food, toys, home accessories, sport, electronics and shoes. Costs are expected to run to €6m, with completion scheduled for next year.
