Atlantic Land Cos. has secured a $22.11 million loan from Branch Banking & Trust Co. to build the Publix anchored Loxahatchee Groves Commons shopping center. The 94,655 square-foot center at 15625 Southern Blvd. in Loxahatchee Groves will be located next to the future site of Palm Beach State College’s western campus. Atlantic recently bought the 21.7 acre site for $4.45 million. The new project will add to Atlantic Land’s portfolio of Publix-anchored shopping centers which includes Frenchman’s Crossing in Palm Beach Gardens and Shops of San Marcos near Delray Beach.
