Spigal Properties has purchased the Eustis Shopping Center in Eustis, Fla for $5.85 million. The 191,000 square-foot center is located at 100 W Ardice Ave and traded for just under $31 per square foot. EquiTrust Life Insurance Company foreclosed on the property in September 2014 and hired Colliers International to provide property management, leasing and investment sales services. The buyer plans to upgrade the facility whose tenants include Tractor Supply Company, Beall’s Outlet, Aaron’s, Family Dollar and Save-a-lot grocery.
