American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust has acquired the site for a health care facility in Jupiter for $10m. The 9.4 acre site has been approved for the construction of the Institute for Healthy Living, a $70 million, 235,000 sq ft facility with 129 nursing home beds, 70 assisted living beds and 30 beds for patients with neurological disorders. The property is located on the east side of South Central Boulevard in the Abacoa neighborhood. The underground utilities have been completed and the foundation for the project should be poured next week. Completion is slated for the second quarter of 2016.
