Denver, Colorado-based real estate investment trust Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust has acquired the Shenandoah Square shopping center in Davie for $32.6 million. Located at 13700 W. State Rd 84, the 14-acre shopping center was built in 1989 and features a 126,351 square-foot building and three small outparcels. The seller, an affiliate of Global Investments Fund, bought the asset in 2011 for $21.95 million. The center is anchored by Publix, Walgreens and a Dollar Tree.
