Standard Life Investments appointed Apsys Polska to manage its Europa Centralna retail mall in the city of Gliwice. This is the second contract between Apsys and the US investor. Apsys now manages 800,000 sqm of space in 22 assets across Poland.

Europa Centralna, one of the largest commercial projects in Poland, opened in March 2013, offering 67,000 sqm of space. Tenants include Saturn and Castorama as well as a Tesco Extra hypermarket, Jula, Jysk, RTV Euro AGD, SMYK Megastore, Reserved, H&M, Cubus, Lindex, Cropp, House, Empik and Super-Pharm.
