Cushman & Wakefield will be taking over the management of the Olympia Mlada Boleslav shopping center for its owner, CPI Group, following a tender. The appointment includes C&W taking over the current management team, which includes René Švejda, Petra Šinkmajerová and Denisa Dlasková, who have until now been responsible for the management of the centre as employees of the centre’s outgoing manager Multi Mall Management. We have recorded no new addition to the stock (Supply) in the second quarter of 2015, despite the fact that currently there are several buildings under construction. By the end of 2015 we expect first phase of Twin City to be completed, which will add another 16,000 sqm to the market.
