CTP has launched its inaugural CTBox building in Romania, marking a significant milestone within the CTPark Bucharest West, the largest industrial park in Central and Eastern Europe. This innovative facility introduces a concept that has gained traction in international markets, now tailored for businesses in Romania.
The CTBox offers plug-and-play warehouse and office spaces designed for immediate occupancy. Located within the expansive CTPark Bucharest West, which boasts a total planned lettable area of nearly 1.5 million square meters, the CTBox aims to provide optimal work environments for both small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and larger organizations.
Each CTBox unit spans between 500 and 600 square meters, combining modern warehouse, office, and showroom spaces within a contemporary design. This versatile setup supports a variety of business activities, including warehousing, sales, and service operations. The spaces are particularly suited for businesses such as showrooms, supermarkets, and auto service centers, fostering an environment where smaller enterprises can coexist and thrive alongside multinational companies.
Andrei Bentea, Business Development Director at CTP Romania, expressed enthusiasm about the new development: “We are excited to introduce the CTBox concept to Romania. This innovative solution is a key component of our strategy to provide flexible and accessible industrial spaces, meeting the growing demand for smaller units. By integrating small-scale units within a large-scale park, we create an ideal setting for SMEs to flourish alongside major industry players.”
The first tenant of the CTBox is Profi, which has launched a new supermarket within the building. This addition significantly enhances local convenience, offering a range of products including fresh produce, dairy, snacks, and household items. The store operates 24/7 and features a coffee corner along with a selection of pre-packaged and freshly baked goods.
CTP’s commitment to sustainability is evident in the design of the CTBox, which incorporates energy-efficient materials and systems to minimize environmental impact. The building adheres to ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards, ensuring high levels of environmental and energy management.
