TLG Immobilien bought two retail parks near Berlin for €85.9m from private owners. The deal includes Bahnhofs-Passage in Bernau and Handelscentrum Strausberg. Bahnhofs-Passage offers 27,100 sqm of space. Handelscentrum Strausberg, meanwhile offers 26,000 sqm of rental space as well as 1,300 parking spaces. Main tenants at both centers include Edeka, MediMax, C&A and Rossmann. TLG also recently acquired an office building in Rostock for €15.5m. By the end of 2017, the company plans to increase its portfolio from €1.5bn to €2bn.
