Barron Collier Cos. has started construction on Creekside Corners, a 34,000-square-foot shopping center on the southeast corner of Immokalee Road and Goodlette-Frank Road in North Naples. The cost of the project was not disclosed but information on the Barron Collier website shows rents starting at $30 per square foot. Peninsula Engineering performed the site work and Disney & Associates completed the architectural design. Construction is slated for completion in January.
“We believe Creekside Corners will serve the North Naples community well with a mix of retail and restaurants,” says Cee Cee Marinelli, director of commercial leasing for Naples-based Barron Collier, in a statement. “We anticipate a formal announcement regarding tenants very soon.”
