J&T Real Estate is planning to build a shopping center in Prešov, Slovakia. The developer is currently looking for pre-leases. Eperia will add 22,000 sqm of retail space in 95 units to the city’s Sekčov commercial zone. The first phase should be completed within two years. An additional 7,500 sqm will be added in the second phase, with standalone units to come on-line in the third phase, writes Trend Reality. Peter Píš of J&T Real Estate said that Eperia will be a regional concept focused primarily on fashion and will compete with Prešov’s high-street retailers. The commercial zone will also offer sports and leisure facilities.
