Boca Raton based PEBB Enterprises has received a $17 million construction loan from Fifth Third Bank. The new project, Buckingham Plaza in Royal Palm Beach, is a 90,000 square foot shopping center located at 9919 Pioneer Road. PEBB bought the 10.5 acre property in 2011 for $1.25 million. Tenants in the new scheme will include T L Maxx, Michaels, Shoe Carnival and America’s Best. J. Raymond Construction is the general contractor and the project is slated for completion in November of this year.
