Echo Investment secured a permit to start construction of a Leroy Merlin store, which will be added to the developer’s Galeria Sudecka project in Jelenia Góra. “Obtaining the construction permit is a milestone for this investment, with construction work set to start within the next few months. We expect to complete the project at the beginning of 2016,” said Marcin Materny, head of Echo’s retail center department. Galeria Sudecka is going up in the city’s Zaborze district. The investor said the project is almost fully leased to tenant like C&A, Szachownica, Orsay, Bytom, Magnetic and Medicine.
