A New York based company, 2830 Wynwood Properties, has purchased a retail building in the hot Wynwood neighborhood of Miami for $7.4 million. Built in 1936, the building is located at 2830 North Miami Avenue and sits on a 11,383 square foot site. The 5,348 square foot retail building last traded for $1.7 million in January 2006, according to Miami-Dade property records.
