The Ronto Group has purchased a .26 acre site for $2,375,000 million. The property, located at 621 Gulfstream Ave., Sarasota, FL, was purchased for the purpose of building a high-rise condominium. The buyer was represented by Randy Thibaut, CEO and broker of Land Solutions, Inc. and Doug Meschko, MBA, broker associate of Land Solutions, Inc. The seller Vicki L. Hadley, was represented by Steve Horn of Ian Black Real Estate.
