Real estate investment company Lake Drive Investments LLC has purchased two plots (2.64 acres) in unincorporated Palm Beach County. Their sale price totaled $730,000 or $6.35 per square foot of land. Located just south of Lake Worth Road on Military Trail, the 1-acre parcel is zoned for Urban Infill, while the the larger 1.64 acre site is zoned General Commercial. Lake Drive plans to develop both parcels for retail and commercial use.
