North Miami based developer I.M.C. Property Management has purchased a Miami Gardens shopping center for $7.08 million. The 281,000 square foot retail plaza, located at 18000 N.W. 27th Avenue, was originally developed in 1958 and sits on 32.8 acres. The company will redevelop the out-dated center into a 300,000 square foot Class A retail plaza by demolishing the existing buildings within 24 months. I.M.C owns more than 10 million square feet of commercial space in Florida and specializes in turning around under-performing retail centers.
