The consortium Apollo-Rida is planning to modernize five of its Polish retail centers. The €100m investment plan involves retail projects located in Marki, Kraków, Poznań, Tychy and Radom. Apollo-Rida acquired the properties a few years ago from Germany’s Metro Group as a part a €700m portfolio takeover, which included 28 retail assets. Polish media are reporting that some of the assets may be placed on the Polish market in the near-term.
