Miami based Union Excalibur has bought a site in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood for $3.55 million. The future development site was assembled at Northeast Fifth Avenue and Northeast 34th Street and covers a total of 16,500 square feet. The seller, Urbanika Edgewater, purchased the three properties at 522, 526 and 530 Northeast 34th Street in January and Febuary of 2014 for a combined $2.3 million. The site, which is zoned for up to 56 residential units, currently has two vacant lots on it and a house.
