Koniver Stern Group has entered in an agreement to purchase multiple properties in the Miami neighborhood of Wynwood for $23 million. The properties under contract are located on North Miami Avenue and on Northwest 22nd Street in Miami. The total square footage of the properties is approximately 52,000. The sale price works out to $450 per square foot for the buildings. The seller is Diamedex Corp., a health care manufacturer and subsidiary of ERBA Diagnostics. The deal is expected to close within four months.
