Atlas Real Estate Partners is targeting South Florida for its newest investment program and has decided to focus on Palm Beach County. The investor has earmarked $90 million for new purchases, which it expects to carry out over the next 18 months. The New York-based company launched the new initiative with its recent purchase of a $10 million retail property at 222 Clematis Street in downtown west Palm Beach. Alex Foster, the firm’s managing principal partner, told the the Palm Beach Post that the company is already looking at $60 million in deals.
