A group of Atlanta-based investors have acquired the CB Square shopping center in the Arlington neighborhood of Jacksonville for $8.1 million. Mibarev Development I LLC bought the 33,444 square foot property for $242 per square foot from a consortium of 34 companies. Located at 9317 Atlantic Boulevard, the tenants include Bed Bath & Beyond, Mattress Firm, Panera Bread and Starbucks. The center was once anchored by Circuit City.
