City Arena in Trnava, Slovakia, is scheduled to open in August. The developer, Euro Max Slovakia, is currently finalizing the skeleton of the new shopping center as well as the air conditioning system. The scheme offers 29,500 sqm of retail in 120 units, of which 90 percent has already been leased. The tenant list includes H&M, Lindex, Deichmann, Intersport, Guess, Billa, New Yorker, DM drugstore and Tommy Hilfiger. The center will also offer bank outlets, a Cinemax multiplex, bowling, a Fit Up fitness center and a food court, according to Cushman & Wakefield, which is leasing the space.
