The Polish retail developer Rank Progress will break ground on Galeria Aviator next week in the city of Mielec. Mirbud will oversee construction. Worth PLN 56m, the contract involves the shopping center’s entire development process.
Offering 25,000 sqm of leasable space, Aviator is the biggest development scheme in the developer’s portfolio. Tenants include H&M, Briju, CCC, Deichmann, Martes Sport and Rossmann. The project also includes the city’s first multiplex cinema and a DIY store.
