Intercora Group, in partnership with Marius Ivan, will open Pipera Plaza in May this year. The new Bucharest shopping center will cover 10,255 sqm and will initially accommodate a Lidl supermarket and a commercial gallery.
Tenants include Pepco, Starbucks Coffee, Tip Top, Pizza Bonita and Wine Republic. Additional space for other five stores will be built in a second phase.
