F&C Reit has bought two retail properties situated in Darmstadt and Minden for the “Best Value Germany II” (BVG II) real estate Spezialfonds. The first property offers 1,600 sqm at Ernst-Ludwig-Strasse and has Promod as its anchor tenant. The second asset is located along the pedestrian zone on Bäckerstrasse with 1,500 sqm of rental space. The main tenants there include McPaper, Ulla Popken, and Douglas.
