CPAC Royal University has closed on a deal for Royal University Plaza in Coral Springs for $26 million. CPAC is a joint venture between Continental Real Estate Companies, a commercial real estate firm, and the investment company Lubert Adler Real Estate Funds. The center, located at 2556 North University Drive in Coral springs, boosts 98,500 square feet on 10 acres and is 45 percent leased with tenants including Jimmy Johns, Petco, and Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. The sale marks more than $100 million in purchases over the past three years for CPAC.
