Lakeland based Publix has purchased another shopping center that it anchors, this time picking up the FishHawk location in Lithia for $16.9 million. Located at 5614 FishHawk Boulevard, the center has 67,300 square feet and was built in 2006. Cincinnati based NAP Investments Management Co. sold the center at a price that represents $251 per square foot. NAP originally purchased the vacant land under the supermarket for $2.5 million in 2004.
