Dacar Management, a Dania Beach based commercial real estate firm, has bought the Cypress Lake Town Center for $23 million. Sold by an affiliate of New York-based Kimco Realty, the shopping center was last sold in 2004 for $25 million at a loss of $2 million. The center sits on a 29 acre site at 1159 South State Road 7 and 1259 to 1399 South State Road 7 in North Lauderdale. Its tenants include Home Depot, Publix, Chase Bank, Firestone, and Foot Locker.
