Delhaize Group leased 1,600 sqm on the ground floor of Bucharest One, underway in the capital’s Pipera district. Construction is scheduled to finish by the end of this year or the beginning of 2016.
The office project is being developed by Ioannis Papalekas. It is going up in an up-and-coming neighborhood that includes several office buildings and Promenada Mall.
