NEPI is planning to expand the Promenada shopping center in Bucharest by more than 60 percent. Promenada opened in 2013 in Bucharest’s Floreasca- Barbu Vacarescu district. The shopping center has a lettable area of 40,300 sqm and was purchased by NEPI in 2014.
NEPI is currently developing projects worth €371m on the Romanian market.
