Palm Beach Polo Club Shoppes sells for $50.65m

A Jamestown affiliate has bought the 128,000 square foot shopping center Polo Club Shoppes for $50.65m. The center, located at 5050 Champion Boulevard, was built in 1988 and sits on more than 13 acres with 647 parking spaces. Jamestown is a real estate investment and management company based in Atlanta, Georgia. According to Palm Beach County records, Jamestown secured a nearly $30m mortgage for the purchase. The Polo Club Shoppes was last sold in 2012 for $28.5m.
