Liebrecht & wooD plan to break ground on the Cernica Park shopping center at the beginning of 2016. The shopping center will go up in Cernica, 10 km from Bucharest, and will be linked to the Autostrada Soarelui highway through a secondary road. Cernica Park will include a building materials store, a hypermarket, fashion retailers, outlet stores and interior design retailer.
Liebrecht & wooD also developed Fashion House, the Militari shopping center and Victoria Business Park, all located in Bucharest.
