Mango will open a flagship store in downtown Hamburg in fall 2016. The Catalonia-based fashion chain has leased 2,200 sqm of retail space in a new building scheme on Spitalerstrasse. Comfort brokered the deal. Centrum Holding, which is based in Düsseldorf, is planning to redevelop the Vattenfall building into a mixed-used space that will offer 10,500 sqm of retail and office space. Renovation work is expected to cost around €200m.
