Apsys Polska has added two retail projects to its portfolio this month, pushing the volume of retail space it has under management in Poland to 700,000 sqm GLA. On behalf of Pradera and Valad, Apsys will now manage and lease the Tulipan retail center in Łódź and Kometa center in Toruń, totaling nearly 60,000 sqm of retail space.
Apsys’ managing portfolio includes 20 retail assets in 13 Polish cities, while its 100,000 sqm Posnania retail mall is getting underway in Poznań. The project is the biggest retail investment on the Central European retail market.
