Unibail-Rodamco is investing €20m to renovate the Aupark shopping center in Bratislava. The owner says, however, that the renovation work will be done at night and not impact the center’s operations.
Unibail Rodamco bought the shopping center from HB Reavis and planned to change its name to Park West as part of the redesign. But Arnaud Burlin, the director of Unibail-Rodamco for the CE and Austria, told Trend Reality in an interview that the company has decided to continue operating under the Aupark brand, which is already well-established. He also said the company plans to keep Aupark in its portfolio for the long-term.
