Moldova Mall, a six-story, 17,000 sqm shopping center in Iasi, is scheduled to undergo a complete renovation. Once the renovation is completed, the project will offer office and commercial space and will be renamed Moldova Center. The renovation is slated to be completed by the second quarter of this year.
The ground floor and first floor will offer retail. New elevators will be put in and additional parking will be added to meet office building standards. Advertising panels and logos will go up on the building façade. Vitalis Consulting will management the project.
