Broadway Shoppes, the shopping center at 20451 S Tamiami Trail in Estero, Florida, has been sold. The price tag for the 42,648 sq. ft. center, which is made up of a trio of stand-alone units of up to 8,208 sq. ft., was $2.15m. The vendor was represented by Carlos Acosta and Chuck Smith, CCIM, with the real estate services firm LandQwest Commercial. Among the tenants in the shopping center are Rick Johnson Tire and Auto Care, We’ re Hair for You Salon, Rosie’s Tailoring and Alterations, Wallpaper Studio, Studio 41 Photography, West Coast Fitness and Great Florida Insurance.
