A new office and residential scheme is being planned for a 90 ha plot located in Warsaw’s Siekierki district. According to Gazeta.pl, city authorities will discuss a new zoning plan for the area today, which will include an office complex and high-end flats. Polish media are speculating the French developer Mayland may be interested in some part of the project, involving an office building, a hotel, a conference center and retail.
More than 10 ha will offer office space, with the tallest building reaching a height of 55 meters (14 floors). Market observers point out, however, that the location’s poor transportation connections could be a problem, particularly when it comes to office development, despite the fact that the plot is located near a main road artery and the Siekierkowski bridge
