The Romanian supermarket chain Mega Image opened nine new stores in Bucharest and Ilfov in December. The new stores are located at Piata Romana, B-dul Marasesti, Turnu Magurele, Valea Buzaului 14, Lacul Morii, Branesti, Floruta Ion 65, Pantelimon 357 and Dinicu Golescu. Mega Image currently has 410 stores across the country. It added 1,300 new jobs to the Romanian market last year. Company officials say new openings are planned for 2015.
