Griffin Real Estate has won a bid to purchase a 15,000 sqm property located in Warsaw on Miedziana street. The acquisition is set for January, 2015. Griffin has been assembling a retail plot, made up of the Jupiter shopping center and two other plots located at Miedziana and Pańska streets in central Warsaw.
“We see great investment potential of this location and we’re working on increasing our exposure here. Griffin holds the biggest investment land in Warsaw’s CBD and is considering further acquisitions,” says Piotr Fijołek, partner at Griffin Real Estate. The investor has collected a total of 5.5ha of land in the location.
