Multi Corporation sigs AmRest for two retail malls in Poland

20 November 2014

Multi Corporation signed AmRest as a food court tenant at two of its seven project in Poland: Forum Radunia and Magnolia Park. The tenant will take up more than 400 sqm of space in the developer’s Radunia project in 2017, introducing three of its restaurant brands: Pizza Hut (219 sqm), Burger King (92) and KFC (111 sqm). Currently under development, Radunia will add 62,000 sqm of new rentable space to the city of Gdańsk. The food court will be located on the second floor.

AmRest also signed on to more than 600 sqm of space at Multi’s Magnolia Park, which is currently being expanded. The first restaurant, KFC, is set to go on-line by the end of the year, while Pizza Hut will open in the center’s new component in the first quarter of the year. Burger King and Pizza Hut Express will open their doors in the third quarter of 2015.

Taken over by the US private equity giant Blackstone earlier this year, Multi currently has seven retail centers under management around the country.
