The French and Polish retail center operator Apsys said that 100,000 people have already visited its Parc Saint Paul outlet part in Valence, France just three weeks after its opening. The project offers 27,000 sqm of GLA in 35 stores.
In the meantime, the developer’s other project has gotten underway in Poznań, Poland. Called Posnania, the €300m retail center will offer 100,000 sqm of retail and leisure space. The project is set to open in the second half of 2016.
