Losses for the Polish developer Rank Progress deepened in the third quarter of the year by 15.6 percent year-on-year, deteriorating from PLN 7.63m to PLN 8.82m. This was despite higher revenues, which grew during the period from PLN 10.5m in Q3 2013 to PLN 16m in Q4 2014. Over the first nine months of the year, its revenues rose to PLN 47.4m, up strongly from just PLN 30.8m over the same period in 2013. The developer delivered 34,000 sqm of new retail space in the third quarter, increasing its total GLA under management to 84,000 sqm, which is now 90-percent leased.
